Under Mr. Hart’s leadership, TruAmerica has become one of the most active multifamily investors in the United States. Mr. Hart is responsible for the national expansion of the firm’s value-add investment platform. Thanks to his leadership, TruAmerica has grown to become a Top 25 apartment owner in the United States, according to the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and is the youngest manager in the NMHC Top 50. As CEO, Mr. Hart also chairs TruAmerica’s Investment Committee.
