VALLERIE E. MCDANIEL, CORPORATE PARALEGAL

Vallerie E. McDaniel is a Corporate Paralegal at Sklar Kirsh LLP. Her experience includes various aspects of corporate law, including entity management, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions. She has significant experience conducting due diligence, organizing and managing closing rooms, and assisting in post-closing activities.

Before joining Sklar Kirsh, Vallerie worked for several prominent law firms, including Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and Buchhalter.  She has also worked in-house in the legal departments of both Rentech, Inc. and Jacuzzi, Inc., where she gained experience with contract management, employee stock option plans, and trademark brand protection.

Vallerie graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills with a major in Communications and a minor in Public Relations. She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Cerritos College, where she majored in Paralegal Studies.
