TYLER J. PIERCE, ASSOCIATE

Tyler J. Pierce is an Associate in Sklar Kirsh’s Real Estate Department. Tyler represents companies in real estate and business transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, developments, financings, joint ventures and leasing.

Prior to joining Sklar Kirsh, Tyler spearheaded the legal department at The William Warren Group, an acquisition, development and property management company with hundreds of real estate assets across the country. In his in-house role, Tyler advised the C-suite and senior executive team with respect to all legal issues affecting the company with an emphasis on navigating the company through its most complex transactional matters.

Previously, Tyler was an associate in the finance department at Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles, where his practice focused on real estate finance, banking and structured finance.

Tyler received his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and served as the Notes Editor for the Georgetown Law Journal.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys surfing, songwriting, crossword puzzles and his Portuguese Water Dog, Levon.
