Sepideh Yermian-Taheri is Of Counsel in the Real Estate Department at Sklar Kirsh. Her practice is primarily focused on real estate purchase and sale transactions, leasing, and business organizations.
Sepi graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1996. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2000. Her law school recognition includes the First Honors Award in Constitutional Law, Hobbs Trial Advocacy and the American Jurisprudence Award. Sepi is a licensed attorney with the California State Bar, and is also admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Sepi was born in Tehran, Iran and fled with her family in 1979 to the United States, in order to seek asylum due to religious persecution. She lives with her husband and two children in Santa Monica, CA, and is an active member of the Baha’i community with whom she engages in social projects promoting race unity and understanding between people of all backgrounds.
