SAMANTHA KOBBE, ASSOCIATE

Samantha Kobbe is an attorney in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups at Sklar Kirsh. She brings extensive experience advising public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic investors on a wide range of complex corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Sklar Kirsh, Samantha honed her corporate transactional skills at White & Case, Covington & Burling, and Davis Polk & Wardwell. Her deep background in high-stakes transactions allows her to deliver sophisticated, practical, and business-minded legal solutions tailored to the unique goals of middle-market clients.

Samantha earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a minor in Political Science, from the University of Colorado Boulder and her Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis, where she served as Senior Editor of the Washington University Law Review. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Audrey G. Fleissig of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
