LINDA FELDMAN, REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST

Linda Feldman is a Senior Paralegal in Sklar Kirsh’s Real Estate Practice, where she supports attorneys and clients in sophisticated commercial real estate, corporate and finance transactions. With more than 20 years of experience at leading Am Law 200 law firms and corporate legal departments, Linda manages all phases of complex transactions, from pre-closing due diligence through post-closing administration, helping clients navigate acquisitions, dispositions, financings and other high-value matters efficiently and effectively.

Linda has extensive experience reviewing and analyzing title commitments, ALTA/NSPS surveys, UCC search reports, zoning reports and environmental studies, while coordinating closely with title companies, lenders, opposing counsel and clients to keep transactions moving toward successful closings. She also assists with entity formations, corporate governance matters, financing documentation, and a wide range of closing and post-closing deliverables.

In addition to her transactional practice, Linda has significant experience supporting commercial litigation, foreclosures, workouts and bankruptcy matters, providing comprehensive document management, due diligence and litigation support. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, responsiveness and practical approach, she is a trusted member of the deal team on complex, fast-paced transactions.
