Lilian M. Loh is an Associate in the Litigation Department at Sklar Kirsh. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, representing clients in a wide range of matters in federal and state courts, including contract disputes, employment matters, class actions, trade secret and intellectual property claims, and insurance disputes. Lilian represents both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes commercial litigation.
Lilian’s extensive experience brings a strategic, detail-driven approach to achieving practical, favorable outcomes. Early in her career, she played a key role on the winning defense team in an eight-week trial, an experience that shaped her emphasis on rigorous preparation and creative problem-solving.
