JARRETT L. FUGH, OF COUNSEL

Jarrett L. Fugh is Counsel with Sklar Kirsh.  Jarrett has more than 35 years of experience advising clients in real estate and business transactions.  Jarrett advises clients in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and management of real property.  He has particular expertise in advising U.S. and foreign clients in the formation and structuring of joint ventures and other vehicles for investment in U.S. real estate and hospitality projects.  Jarrett advises clients in real estate financing, including syndicated, mezzanine and securitized loans and the construction financing of major commercial, residential and hospitality properties.

In addition, Jarrett advises corporate clients in mergers, acquisitions and corporate financings, particularly in the technology sector. He also assists institutional and individual investors with structuring and consummating venture financings, private equity funds and other private debt and equity investments.

Jarrett was previously a partner in the Los Angeles and San Francisco officers of Winston & Strawn, Squire Patton Boggs, Duane Morris and Thelen.  Most recently, Jarrett was the General Counsel of Ferrado, overseeing all U.S. legal affairs for a portfolio of hotels, office projects, and development properties throughout the U.S.

Jarrett earned his J.D., cum laude, from The George Washington University Law School, where he served on The George Washington Journal of International Law and Economics, and his B.A. from Duke University.
