JACQUELINE HE, ASSOCIATE

Jacqueline Jinze He is an Associate in the Real Estate Department at Sklar Kirsh. She is a seasoned real estate and corporate transactional attorney with experience in both law firm and in-house roles. Jacqueline has deep expertise in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex deals, with a focus on real estate, joint ventures, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.

Jacqueline manages transactions from inception to closing, ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating risk, and advancing clients’ strategic business goals. Her strong skills in legal research, writing, and negotiation enable her to provide thoughtful and pragmatic counsel.

Before joining Sklar Kirsh, Jacqueline practiced at VGC LLP, a boutique firm founded by former counsels of O’Melveny & Myers LLP, Venable LLP, and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, and served as in-house counsel at Greenland USA, the U.S. arm of a Fortune Global 500 real estate developer.

Jacqueline graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and is admitted to practice in California. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, which allows her to serve a diverse client base with cultural fluency and global perspective.
