DENISE RICHARD, PARALEGAL

Denise Richard is a Senior Real Estate Paralegal at Sklar Kirsh LLP.  She has over 30 years of real estate experience, specializing in commercial real estate. Her experience includes: acquisitions and dispositions of single and multi-state transactions; joint ventures; financing (including mezzanine financing); title and survey review, analysis, and negotiation; due diligence; zoning report and Phase I Environmental Report review and analysis; document management; preparation of closing documents; and closing coordination for real estate transactions.  Denise’s experience also includes preparation of corporate authority documents and retrieval, preparation, and filing of entity formations for limited liability companies and partnerships.

Denise received her Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing from the University of Phoenix and her paralegal certificate from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies.

Prior to joining Sklar Kirsh LLP, Denise was a senior real estate paralegal for Pircher, Nichols and Meeks LLP and Mayer Brown.

Denise enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
