CHARLYNN YEUNG, ASSOCIATE

Charlynn Yeung is an Associate in the Corporate Department at Sklar Kirsh.  Her practice focuses on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate governance matters. She represents businesses, financial institutions and investors in a broad range of domestic and international transactions.

Charlynn has experience advising clients on complex M&A transactions, including managing and directing due diligence investigations and drafting principal and ancillary transaction documents for equity and asset acquisitions. Her practice also includes counseling clients in connection with capital markets transactions, securities filings and related tax considerations.

In addition, Charlynn has experience managing high-volume debt facility transactions for publicly traded financial institutions, helping streamline loan issuance processes and substantially increase transaction capacity.

Charlynn further advises clients on corporate structuring and governance matters, including entity formations, restructurings and dissolutions across multiple jurisdictions, including California, Delaware and New York.

Charlynn graduated from LMU Loyola Law School University and is admitted to practice in California. She is bilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (conversational).
