CELENE AFARI, ASSOCIATE

Celene Afari is an Associate in Sklar Kirsh’s Corporate Department. She represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and emerging businesses in a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and general corporate governance. Known for her diligent preparation and analytical approach, Celene works closely with deal teams to help clients navigate complex corporate transactions smoothly and efficiently.

Celene earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration at the University of California, Berkeley, and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school, she served as Senior Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR) Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. In addition to her strong academic credentials, Celene brings a distinct multilingual capability and global perspective to her corporate practice, proficient in Farsi, Hebrew, and Spanish.
