Benjamin Shakin is a Real Estate Specialist at Sklar Kirsh LLP. He has over 20 years experience, specializing in commercial real estate lending, purchase, sale and investment. His experience includes a broad range of transaction and asset types, including mortgage and mezzanine financing, acquisition, development, investment, leasing and disposition of multi-family residential, retail, industrial, office and mixed-use properties, and multi-state portfolio assets. Benjamin is a trusted closer with a thorough knowledge of title, survey and zoning review and negotiation, risk assessment and reduction, document drafting, and related transactional and corporate law.

 

Benjamin studied philosophy at New York University, earned his MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business; and enjoys travel, music, and spending time with his family.
