“My partners and I have worked with Sklar Kirsh from the founding of our firm in 2013 to our successful recapitalization in August of 2021 and I recommend them without reservation. Practical, insightful, business minded, responsive…and able to create collaborative relationships with other parties in the transaction. Excellent Corporate law and M&A counsel without excessive drama or ego.”
