MATTHEW P. SEEBERGER, SENIOR COUNSEL PDF

Matthew P. Seeberger is a Senior Counsel in Sklar Kirsh’s Real Estate Department.  He is an experienced lawyer with over 30 years in practice.  Throughout his career, he has focused primarily on leasing all types of commercial real estate, and he has represented a full range of clients, from individuals and family businesses, to local, regional and national developers, including privately held and publicly traded entities, as well as institutional investors, assisting them with leasing needs.  As an example, for a period of several years he was in charge of all leasing for a national health care REIT.

Over Matt’s career, he has handled thousands of commercial real estate leases, focusing on office and retail products, from small offices to entire office buildings and, on the retail side, from small tenants to 100,000 square foot superstores, and everything in between.  In addition, he has represented buyers and sellers in a variety of real estate developments, including acquisitions and dispositions.  He also has significant experience in industrial leasing.

Matt began his career at Rutan & Tucker in Orange County, California, then spent several years at Mayer, Brown & Platt before moving to Cox, Castle & Nicholson, where he became a partner in the leasing group.  Matt then branched out on his own and spent four years running his own office, continuing to focus on leasing a wide variety of product types, before joining Sklar Kirsh.
