Jessica Pettit is an associate of Sklar Kirsh LLP in the Litigation Department. Jessica’s experience includes representing companies and individuals in a variety of commercial disputes in state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis, where she represented companies in commercial disputes and class action litigation. Previously, she served as a judicial clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Jessica graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University Law Center. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Tulane University. After receiving her undergraduate degree, she spent two years teaching public school in New Orleans, Louisiana through Teach For America.
